At Cyber Boss Consulting, we specialize in delivering digital products including policy toolkits, templates, training materials, and eBooks. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or download access has been granted.

Digital Product Policy

• All products are delivered electronically via email through Big Digital Downloads.

• Delivery is typically immediate upon successful payment.

• Each customer is allowed up to four (4) download attempts per purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital item with instant access.

• You waive the right to cancel once the download begins.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

• Downloaded or accessed content

• Mistaken purchases

• Failure to review product details before purchase

Issues with Your Order?

If you experience any technical issue with your download (e.g., corrupt file, link not working), contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@cyberbossconsulting.com. We’re happy to help resolve access-related issues promptly.

EU Customers – 14-Day Digital Waiver Notice

For customers in the European Union: under EU law, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you begin the download immediately. By purchasing and downloading from our site, you agree to waive this right.
